Step 1: Get Preapproved for a Mortgage
Step 2: Find your New Home & Make an Offer
Meet with your Rainier Valley agent to discuss needs and wants. Begin home search by previewing homes with your agent & make an offer when you have found the prefect home.
Step 3: Escrow/Title are Setup
Once your offer is accepted, Escrow is setup and you will deposit your Earnest Money. Title will send out the property’s Title Report for review.

Step 4: Get a Home Inspection
The home inspection is an out of pocket cost for the Buyer. Our company has a list of references for reputable home inspectors, feel free to ask us to provide it.
Step 5: Lender (if financed) Orders Appraisal
A third party appraiser inspects the home for the Buyer and specifically the bank to ensure the home value is equivalent to the purchase price. This is also an out of pocket cost paid for by the Buyer.
Step 6: Sign Loan Documents & Closing Day!
Escrow will schedule your signing appointment and collect funds to close. Then it is time to close and get the keys to your new home!
